Rachel started her professional Thai massage practice in 2004. Over time, tuning into her own natural rhythm she has developed a slow, fluid and steady style. Her treatments act like a physical form of meditation for both giver and receiver, helping to ground an over-active mind common in our busy lives.

For Rachel the beauty of Thai massage is that it brings clients immediately back into their body and away from unhelpful thought patterns. It encourages flow of energy through the body with pressure from hands, thumbs, elbows, knees and feet in combination with gentle rocking and deep stretches.

Rachel works with a variety of clients including pregnant women (pre and post natal), people with general stiffness and those dealing with energy and mood issues, including anxiety and depression

Jo Lim

Jo has been doing Thai Massage for over fifteen years and completed a Masters degree in Osteopathy and Naturopathy in 2016. She studied for 3 years in Chiang Mai, Thailand with Master Pichest learning therapeutic Thai massage and other healing and spiritual practices. Jo currently teaches visceral osteopathy at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine.

In her floor based treatments, she integrates the movements and positioning of Thai massage with an osteopathic understanding of the body.  Jo is happy to work with any condition, ache, pain or woe.

I was born to a Vietnamese family in France in 1965. My father was a Vietnamese martial artist and I began studying martial arts with him, and later studied Qigong, Kung fu and taoist practices, including Zen Shiatsu with European and Chinese masters.

I qualified as an Ear Acupuncturist and as a Shiatsu Therapist and since then I have been committed to continuing professional development.

Every shiatsu therapist is different. My approach is to blend shiatsu with natural exercise and lifestyle coaching to bring about a wholesome and positive change from within. Working in this way brings the desired long-term relief people really seek.
