TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE & CHI NEI TSANG
My first contact with bodywork was being healed of severe back pain in Glastonbury festival in 1992. My curiosity was tweaked, so I studied Aromatherapy and Holistic massage in 1992, followed by Thai Massage in 1995. I have returned annually to Chiang Mai since that first trip, studying for longer periods as an apprentice to Masters; going deeper with the techniques and feeling the energy of the body, and energy blocks.
My study of yoga and qi gong over the last 20 years has deepened my insight into Thai Massage and the energetic body. In the last few years, I have concentrated on abdominal work with the Chinese abdominal massage of Chi Nei Tsang, which is a very powerful tool which remove the emotional energy blocks causing dis-ease in the body.
Paul has practiced professionally in clinics, resorts and Yoga Retreats in UK, Spain, India, Thailand & New Zealand over the past 23 years.

Reiki works on the premise that ‘life force energy’ (chi or qi) flows through all living things. If this energy becomes unbalanced, low or blocked, people can become stressed and unwell. The reiki energy which I channel during a session naturally goes to where it is most needed. It lifts the load, unblocks the river of your body’s inner energy highways, so that the flow of natural life force can move freely again. Your natural self heals itself, back to harmony, balance and peace.
I was introduced to the power of healing very early in my life after being involved in a car accident as a teenager and a reiki healing session from a friend had a huge impact on my healing. I started on a path to explore alternative healing therapies and in 2006 I studied and qualified as a Holistic Massage therapist and completed the First Degree of Reiki, in the Usui System of Natural Healing, where I really did see the light!!
My life has taken many directions, and this journey has lead me back to my true calling: to facilitate healing. Reiki gives me the tools not only to heal myself, but also to help others connect to their inner selves, Mother Earth and the Universal Energy. I have continued my training, refreshing the First Degree and completing Second Degree Reiki.
Showing love and care for our minds, bodies and spirits is the greatest gift we can give, to ourselves and to others. I invite you to come and relax, lay down on a massage couch and receive the lift you’re looking for and get your positive energy flowing freely again. OM
THAI MASSAGE & LOMI LOMI
Miles is a qualified yoga teacher and Thai massage practitioner. Through a sequence of postures, or asana, coordinating breath with meditative movement, Miles aims to create space in the mind and body.
The practice of Thai massage is holistic, a whole body treatment, following key energy lines of the body, the Sen. The recipient is positioned in a variety of yoga positions coupled with deep static and dynamic pressure. The practice is a form of meditation in action. Each treatment relies on listening to the needs of the person receiving the massage and is unique for each person. The massage is performed with fluidity and rhythm, incorporating movement and stillness, a mindful connected dance of energy between giver and receiver.
Miles has taken trained in Thai yoga massage with leading teachers – Krishnatakis, David Lutt and Kira Balaskas, all of whom trained with the late Asokananda, the founder of the Sunshine Network in Thailand.
Miles has also practices Lomi Lomi, a Hawaiian oil-based massage method, which, with its focus on listening to the inner ‘spirit body’, integrates well in its approach with Thai massage.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE & PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Rachel started her professional Thai massage practice in 2004. Over time, tuning into her own natural rhythm she has developed a slow, fluid and steady style. Her treatments act like a physical form of meditation for both giver and receiver, helping to ground an over-active mind common in our busy lives.
For Rachel the beauty of Thai massage is that it brings clients immediately back into their body and away from unhelpful thought patterns. It encourages flow of energy through the body with pressure from hands, thumbs, elbows, knees and feet in combination with gentle rocking and deep stretches.
Rachel works with a variety of clients including pregnant women (pre and post natal), people with general stiffness and those dealing with energy and mood issues, including anxiety and depression

I was born to a Vietnamese family in France in 1965. My father was a Vietnamese martial artist and I began studying martial arts with him, and later studied Qigong, Kung fu and taoist practices, including Zen Shiatsu with European and Chinese masters.
I qualified as an Ear Acupuncturist and as a Shiatsu Therapist and since then I have been committed to continuing professional development.
Every shiatsu therapist is different. My approach is to blend shiatsu with natural exercise and lifestyle coaching to bring about a wholesome and positive change from within. Working in this way brings the desired long-term relief people really seek.
